Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)?

An ABR is an acronym for Accredited Buyer Representative. If you are buying property, working with an Accredited Buyer Representative can be very important to you; your needs and desires become the driving force to your agent, not the Sellers. An Accredited Buyer Representative has taken buyer agency a step further to assure professional service to the Buyer in a real estate transaction. More than one million people in the United States are licensed to sell real estate. Of these licensees, fewer than two (2) percent are Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR).

A real estate agent may represent either the buyer or the seller.
Sellers list their homes with real estate agents to assure professional representation throughout the home selling process…if you are a Buyer; you deserve the same kind of service.

Today, as a Buyer in a real estate transaction, you have the choice…would you rather be a customer or client?
